Reading the place
Site visit, analysis of existing conditions and dimensional survey for design purposes.
Design and validation
Development of the spatial and aesthetic vision, then validation of the design phase.
Adjustment appointment
Presentation of developments, clarification of choices and integration of the latest adjustments.
Presentation and handover
Private presentation of the project and delivery of physical and digital deliverables in an exceptional location.
Estimate and consultation
Cost assessment of the work by a general building contractor, based on the design file.
Aesthetic validation and monitoring
Exchange with the selected company, validation of aesthetic choices and monitoring of their conformity with the approved project.
Technical studies, execution of works and site management are the responsibility of competent professionals mandated for their implementation.
